I think Rheneas would look really good as an LC model. That basic 0-4-0 chassis that they used for all their early Thomas characters (sometimes with the addition of centre wheels) is quite long, and so would look good as Rheneas' long wheelbase.
Tomica models seem to get rotated in the UK. Unless you go to one of the larger chain toy shops, or big toy shops, you'll normally only find about 6 characters, normally Magic Railroad or the most recent releases. Although they do seem to like James at the moment as well.

zeldatheswordsm: Railway modelling hot take: Daylight under the boiler is overrated in OO, and it might be best to glue acetate shielding behind it on locos that have it to mitigate dust inflow. Especially locos where the body is actually screwed to the chassis.
