So, I grew up on Classic Country Music, listening to songs by folks like Johnny Cash, Willie Nelson, Waylon Jennings, Kris Kristopherson, Marty Robbins, Roger Miller, Tom T. Hall, etc... Even today, it's still my favorite genre of music, alongside Bluegrass, Old Time, and Early Rock N' Roll. I just wanted to ask: Are any of you into Classic Country, and if so, who are your favorite artists?
Howdy folks, and welcome aboard the Tweetsie Railroad!
While partial to some semi-moderns like Crow I don't think I can name a good or even decent country release this side of the millennium! Wouldn't say I'm a hardcore country fan by any means but you can't go wrong with Cash, Nelson, Williams, Bare, Sceeter to name but a few and between some not so good ones I do enjoy Baez when she's not going loud and high, her cover of Engine 143 is probably my favorite.

zeldatheswordsm: Railway modelling hot take: Daylight under the boiler is overrated in OO, and it might be best to glue acetate shielding behind it on locos that have it to mitigate dust inflow. Especially locos where the body is actually screwed to the chassis.
